| 4 bars | The head couples advance and set |
| 4 bars | The head couples retire and set |
| 8 bars | All 4 ladies advance to the middle, set, and pass around their partners to the left |
| 8 bars | Head couples four passes of Rights and Lefts |
| 8 bars | All 8 dance a whole circle to the right |
| Repeat for each couple in turn. | |
| After the final couple has led, a grand promenade (8 bars) is danced by all four couples. | |
