| 8 bars | First man step to right and honour second lady, then step to the left and repeat while lady honours back. Then turn with both hands. |
| 8 bars | First lady step to right and honour second man, then step to the left and repeat while man honours back. Then turn with both hands. |
| 2 bars | First couple cast to second place while second couple move up |
| 4 bars | Four hands round left at the bottom |
| 4 bars | First man dances up and round the second couple to finish improper in second place, while first lady dances round third couple. |
