8 bars	First couple cast off two couples and back again
8 bars	The first couple lead down the middle and back, and casts off into second place
8 bars	Passing each other by the right, the first couple two-hand turn their right hand corners, then their left hand corners
8 bars	The first couple lead out between the men, the first man performs a figure 8 at the bottom, first lady at the top
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
