| 8 bars | First couple pass and turn single, then pass back and turn single |
| 8 bars | Top 2 couples turn a right hand star, and back with the left hand |
| 4 bars | First couple cross and cast and second couple move up |
| 4 bars | First couple cross and cast again and dance up into second position |
| 8 bars | Circle slip-step left at the bottom, then four changes of a circular hey at the top |
| Repeat whole dance from progressed position | |
| To make a three couple set move the last circle to the top and do just three changes at the bottom | |
