8 barsThe three ladies take hands and lead round the three men, the men move forward and back
8 barsThe men take hands and lead round the ladies
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 barsThe first couple move into lines across (man down, lady up) and all six set; then move back home and all six set
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
