4 bars	The first couple right hand turn, then left hang turn
6 bars	The first couple cross and cast around the second couple, then cross and cast around third couple, then lead to the top and cast off one place
2 bars	Circle left at the bottom
4 bars	The first couple join hands, and gallop out at the mans side, then return; then gallop out at the womens side, and return
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
