| 8 bars | The first and second couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then set to their neighbour and return |
| 8 bars | The top two couples make a right hand star once around, and back with the left hand |
| 8 bars | The first couple cross into second place (second couple move up), and lead the opposite two dancers out at the sides, then set, turn back and set, ending improper in progressed place |
