2 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, the second couple move up
2 barsThe first man and second lady change places, then the first lady and second man
2 barsThe top two couples set
2 barsThe first man and second lady change places, then the first lady and second man
4 barsThe first couple lead out at the sides and then set; then turn and return
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
