Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	All 4 couples Chassé Croisé
4 bars	The first lady and her opposite man advance and retire
4 bars	The first lady and her opposite Chassé right and left
4 bars	The first lady and her opposite swap places
4 bars	The first lady and her opposite Chassé right and left
4 bars	The first lady and her opposite cross stopping in front of their partners and set
4 bars	The head couples join both hands and turn, ending in home positions
8 bars	The head couples dance forwards and set to the couple on their right, then all eight separate into two lines of four
8 bars	The two lines advance and retire, then advance and resume partners to turn home
Repeat for each lady in turn
