Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
8 bars	The head couples Chaine Anglaise
8 bars	The first man advance and retire twice
8 bars	The second lady advance and retire twice
4 bars	The head couples Balancé to partners
4 bars	The head couples two hand turn
4 bars	The head couples move in front of the couple on their right
2 bars	The ladies in each group of four change places with each other
2 bars	All eight Balancé away from their partners
2 bars	All eight advance back towards their partners
2 bars	The ladies in each group of four return to their partners
4 bars	The head couples return home
Repeat for each man in turn.
