Introduction and honours (4 bars)
8 barsFirst man turns the second lady and casts off one. First lady turns the second man (now opposite her) and casts off one.
8 barsTake hands on the sides and retire for two bars, advance for two and turn single upwards
12 barsFirst couple cross upwards and dance a full figure of eight round the second couple, who stand still. Finish four in line across
12 barsAll lead up two bars and fall back, repeat, then first couple cross and cast to second place
Repeat dance from progressed position
