16 bars	Both couples right hand star and turn left back again
16 bars	The first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande (back to back)
16 bars	The first couple swing the person on their right corner wth the right hand once around, then the left corner with the left hand
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
