8 barsThe first couple start a chain figure of six around the set
8 barsThe first couple cross and cast down into second place, then cross and cast down below the third couple
8 barsThe first couple cross and cast up into second place, then half figure up through the top couple and return to second place
8 barsDouble Triangle: The first lady goes around the second man (right), then around the third man (left); meanwhile, the first man goes around the third lady (right) and around the second lady (left)
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
