16 barsThe first couple cast off two couples and back again
16 barsBoth couples set to their neighbour, the ladies join hands and change sides with the men; then all set to their neighbour and return
16 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then lead up through the top couple and cast back to the middle
16 barsAll six join hands and circle left once around, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
