8 barsThe three ladies take hands and lead around the three men, the men move forward and back
8 barsThe three men take hands and lead around the ladies
8 barsThe top two couples set on the diagonals, then first corners change places, then second corners; then set and change places back again
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; the first two couples pousette once around
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
