8 bars	2nd man cast down and 1st lady cast up. Do half figure of eight
4 bars	Fall back in line holding hands with sides then lead across into places and turn
4 bars	Dos a dos with sides
4 bars	Dos a dos with partners
8 bars	Circular hey back to place
4 bars	All turn their partner
Repeat from progressed position
