| 8 bars | First and second couples set R & L twice. Two changes of circular Hey |
| 8 bars | Set to person next to them on the side. Two changes of Hey back home |
| 8 bars | 1st couple lead down the middle and back, and cast off into 2nd place |
| 8 bars | Taking right hands, all balance forward and back with partner. Cross over, man turning lady under his arm. Repeat with left hand back home |
| 4 bars | First Couple (now in 2nd place) turn right-hand corner |
| 4 bars | - and turn partner with left hand |
| 4 bars | First Couple turn their left-hand corner |
| 4 bars | - and turn partner with left hand to bottom of set while third couple cast up |
| New couple at the top start the dance (or for triple minor first couple turns only to second place and repeats dance from progressed position) | |
