DOUBLE FIGURE
8 barsThe top two couples face each other and set with their neighbours, then swap places with that neighbour; then set and return
8 barsThe first couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up; then the first couple allemande turns (back to back)
8 barsThe first couple travel to their right hand corner and set, then travel to their left hand corner and set, then return
8 barsAll six join hands and circle half way, and back again
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
