8 bars	Both couples set to neighbour, ladies join hands and change sides, then set to neighbour and return
8 bars	Half right hand star, then left back again
8 bars	First couple join hands and slip down the middle and return to second place, seconds moving up
8 bars	First couple allemande turn (back to back).
Repeat whole dance from progressed position
