Introduction and Honours (8 bars)
4 bars	The first couple advance and retire
4 bars	The first couple advance again, the man leaves his lady on the left of the opposite man and returns back to his place
4 bars	The three advance and retire
4 bars	The first man dances solo
8 bars	The first lady crosses home and sets to and turns her partner
8 bars	All join hands and circle once around
8 bars	The head couples perform a Ladies Chain
8 bars	The head couples set to partners and turn
Repeat for each couple in turn.
